Baked Tofu with Sauce

Ingredients
1 cake firm tofu cut into 1/2 inch slices
1 tsp miso
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp tahini
water
toasted pumpkin seeds
parsley or scallions
Steps
Place tofu slices in a baking dish.
Puree the miso, tahini, and lemon juice together with enough water to make a medium thick creamy sauce.
Spread sauce with a spoon over the tofu slices.
Bake at 350°F for approximately 15-20 minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley or scallions and pumpkin seeds and serve.
