Baked Tofu with Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cake firm tofu cut into 1/2 inch slices

  • 1 tsp miso

  • 1 tsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp tahini

  • water

  • toasted pumpkin seeds

  • parsley or scallions

Steps

  1. Place tofu slices in a baking dish.

  2. Puree the miso, tahini, and lemon juice together with enough water to make a medium thick creamy sauce.

  3. Spread sauce with a spoon over the tofu slices.

  4. Bake at 350°F for approximately 15-20 minutes.

  5. Garnish with chopped parsley or scallions and pumpkin seeds and serve.
