Baked White Fish

Ingredients

  • 1 pound flounder fillets

  • ½ tsp salt

  • 1 pinch ground black pepper to taste

  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

  • 2 tsps sesame or olive oil

  • 1 tsp minced onion

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Place flounder in a baking  dish; season with salt and pepper. Mix lemon juice, oil, and onion  together in a bowl; pour over flounder.

  3. Bake in the preheated oven until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, 25 to 30 minutes.
