Ingredients
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup cauliflower florets
1/4 cup carrot, sliced in thin diagonals
1/4 cup red radish, halved or quartered
1/2 cup Chinese cabbage, sliced in 1 inch squares

Steps
Place 2 inches of water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Add the Chinese cabbage, bring to a boil, and boil 1 minute. Remove and place in a colander or strainer to drain. Place in a serving bowl.
Next, boil the carrot for 2 minutes. Drain and place in the serving bowl.
Next, boil the cauliflower for 2 1/2 minutes, drain, and place in the serving bowl.
Next, boil the broccoli for 2 minutes, drain, and place in the serving bowl.
Finally, boil the radish for 1 minute, drain, and place in the serving bowl.
Toss to mix. Serve.
Other vegetable combinations can be used, such as broccoli, carrots, snow peas, green beans, yellow squash, etc.
