Boiled Whole Oat Porridge

Ingredients
1 cup whole oats, soaked 6 to 8 hours or overnight
4 to 5 cups water (including water used to soak oats)
pinch of sea salt
Steps
Place oats, water, and sea salt in a heavy pot, cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce the flame to medium-low and simmer for 2 to 3 hours until soft and creamy.
Remove to a wooden bowl and serve in small bowls.
