Ingredients
2 cups long grain brown rice, washed and soaked in 3 cups of water overnight
2 cups boiling water
1/2 tsp sea salt
Steps
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Put the rice with soaking water into a sauce pan, add the water and bring to a boil over a medium-high flame.
Turn off the flame.
Pour the rice with boiling water into a baking or casserole dish.
Add the sea salt.
Cover the baking dish with foil or a tight fitting lid. Place the covered dish in the oven and bake for 1 hour.
Remove from the oven. Remove the foil wrap and place in a serving dish.
