Cool Summer Tofu - Method 2

Ingredients

  • 1 8-ounce package of silken tofu

  • 1 scallion, sliced diagonally, thinly 

  • a few drops shoyu 

  • juice of half a lemon

  • black sesame seeds

Steps

  1. Slice the tofu in one inch cubes and place on a serving platter. 

  2. Sprinkle shoyu and lemon juice on top; garnish with one teaspoon roasted and lightly crushed black sesame seeds.
