Ingredients
1 cup yellow or white corn grits
3 to 3 1/2 cups water
pinch of sea salt
Steps
Place the water and sea salt in a pot, cover, and bring to a boil.
Place the com grits in the pot, stirring constantly. Cover, bring to a boil again, and reduce the flame to medium-low. Simmer for 30 to 35 minutes.
Place in individual serving dishes and garnish with your favorite condiment. Serve hot.
