Ingredients
1/2 cup water
2 - 3 teaspoons shoyu
1 Tbsp grated daikon, or 1 tsp lemon juice, or 1 tsp natural mustard
Steps
Place the water and shoyu in a saucepan and heat. Simmer on low for 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn off the flame and add the grated daikon. Mix and place in individual serving dishes for dipping while eating the tempura.
