Ingredients
3 apples (or other fruit), sliced thin
1 quart water or 1/2 apple juice and 1/2 water
pinch of sea salt
6 tbsp agar-agar flakes
Steps
Place the liquid, sea salt, and agar-agar flakes in a pan and bring to a boil.
Stir several times to dissolve the flakes. Reduce the flame to low and simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
Place the sliced fruits in a bowl or glass baking dish and pour the hot juice over it.
Keep in a cool place (doesn't have to be refregirated) until jelled (about 1 to 1 1/2 hours).
