Ingredients
1 cup green lentil
1 cup onions, diced
1 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/4 cup burdock, diced
4-5 cups water
2 Tbsps chopped parsley or scallions
sea salt to taste
Steps
Wash lentils.
Placed the onions, carrots, celery, and burdock in a pot.
Place lentils on top of vegetables, add water, and bring it to boil.
Reduce flame to medium-low and cover the pot.
Simmer approximately 30 min.
Add salt to taste and simmer another 10-15 min.
Add chopped parsley before serving.
