Ingredients
8 oz package natto, chopped or whole
2 tsps mustard
1 to 2 tsps shoyu or tamari soy sauce
5 to 6 scallions, sliced thin
Steps
Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.
Place in a serving bowl and serve as a condiment with grain. A few drops of ginger may also be added.
