Ingredients

  • 8 oz package natto, chopped or whole

  • 2 tsps mustard

  • 1 to 2 tsps shoyu or tamari soy sauce

  • 5 to 6 scallions, sliced thin

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

  2. Place in a serving bowl and serve as a condiment with grain. A few drops of ginger may also be added.
