Ingredients
1 cup water
pinch of salt
agar-agar flakes (rounded 1 Tbsp, per cup)
1-3 Tbsps rice syrup
Steps
Place water, sea salt, rice syrup, and flakes in a pot, mix well. Bring to a boil, reduce flame to low and simmer 2-3 minutes. Place in dessert cups.
Allow to cool and jell.
