Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, washed and drained

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds

Steps

  1. Heat a stainless steel skillet over a medium-low flame. Place the seeds in the skillet. Gently move the seeds around with a wooden spoon and brush-like motions. Continue to move the seeds around the skillet until done.

  2. Remove and serve.
