Ingredients
1⁄2 cup steel cut oats
1Tbsp miso
2 Tbsps dried cutup wakame seaweed
1 umeboshi plum
1 Tbsp green onion, chopped
1/4 nori sheet, thinly cut for topping (optional)
Steps
Put the oats, wakame, and water in a saucepan. Bring it to a boil. Reduce flame to medium-low and cook for 15 min.
Dissolve miso and add to the oatmeal. Mix well.
Cook for another anotheer 2-3 min.
Transfer to a bowl.
Place an umeboshi plum on top, and sprinkle green onions and nori slices.
