Sweet Quinoa Cereal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quinoa, washed

  • 2 cups water

  • 1/4 cup raisins

  • 1/4 teaspoon natural cinnamon (optional)

  • pinch of sea salt

Steps

  1. Place the water, sea salt, and raisins in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil.

  2. Remove the cover, and add the quinoa and cinnamon, and stir. Cover and reduce the flame to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  3. Remove from the flame and let sit for 5 minutes. Place in serving bowls.
