Sweet Quinoa Cereal

Ingredients
1 cup quinoa, washed
2 cups water
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 teaspoon natural cinnamon (optional)
pinch of sea salt
Steps
Place the water, sea salt, and raisins in a pot. Cover and bring to a boil.
Remove the cover, and add the quinoa and cinnamon, and stir. Cover and reduce the flame to medium-low. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Remove from the flame and let sit for 5 minutes. Place in serving bowls.
