Tamari-Ginger Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp tamari soy sauce

  • 1/4 to 1/3 tsp ginger juice

  • 1/2 to 2/3 cup water

  • 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped

Steps

  1. Place the soy sauce and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce the flame to low and simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Turn the flame off and let cool to room temperature. Add the parsley. 

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and mix well. Place in a serving bowl.
