Ingredients
2 sheets toasted nori
1/2 cake tofu, drained and ground in a suribachi with a little shoyu
tempura batter
sesame, or safflower, or sunflower oil
tempura dip sauce
Steps
Prepare nori-tofu rolls as sushi rolls.
Slice into even rounds and dip into tempura batter. Place in hot oil and deep-fry until golden brown.
Serve with dip sauce to help digest oil.
