Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 umeboshi plum

  • 1/2 to 1 teaspoon shoyu

  • hot bancha tea

Steps

  1. Place the umeboshi plum in a tea cup with the shoyu/soy sauce.

  2. Pour in hot bancha stem or twig tea and stir well. Drink hot, eating the plum.
