Ingredients
1/2 to 1 umeboshi plum
1/2 to 1 teaspoon shoyu
hot bancha tea
Place the umeboshi plum in a tea cup with the shoyu/soy sauce.
Pour in hot bancha stem or twig tea and stir well. Drink hot, eating the plum.
